How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime from the parent dashboard in two clicks. If you subscribed through the iOS app, manage it from your Apple ID subscriptions in Settings.
What ages is Lumisia for?+
Lumisia is designed for children aged 0–12 and their parents. The experience adapts to each age group.
How does Lumisia keep my child safe?+
Lumisia is a walled-garden experience built for children: no ads, no behavioural tracking, dual AI filtering on input and output, and parent-controlled screen time and topic limits. Designed following the principles of COPPA and GDPR-K.
Can I use Lumisia offline?+
Stories you've already created can be downloaded and read offline. Creating new content with the AI requires an internet connection.
How do I delete my child's data?+
You can review, export, or delete your child's data anytime from the Privacy section of the parent dashboard. For help, email privacy@lumisia.world.
