- Intended users
- The stories are for readers of all ages. Registration, purchases, and membership management must be completed by an adult account holder. Children must use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Price
- New Web Stories membership is ¥280 per month, tax included, with monthly billing only and no annual plan. Episode 1 of eligible series is free without an account; episode 2 is free with a parent account. No card is needed, and free registration never becomes a paid membership automatically. Existing contracts and app purchases follow the prices shown in their original purchase channel.
- Additional charges
- Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
- Payment
- Web membership uses the payment methods shown at Stripe checkout. The first charge is made at purchase, then membership renews automatically each month. Checkout shows the amount and billing date. Your monthly joining rate stays the same while membership continues. If you cancel and rejoin, the price then in effect applies. Existing contracts and app purchases retain their own renewal terms.
- Delivery
- Membership access is granted after payment is confirmed. It includes published episodes from episode 3 in eligible series and each episode’s conversation card. This monthly membership does not include individual story generation. Previous purchases remain available on the same account.
- Cancellation
- There is no minimum commitment. For Web purchases, open your account and choose “Manage / cancel membership”; for app purchases, use the original app store. Cancel anytime before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where applicable law or store rules require otherwise, refunds after delivery and partial-period refunds are not provided (defects are handled individually).
